A bold birdie!!

This little birdie decided to nest right in front of our house, in a hanging orchid pot. either we are really peaceful people or that's a really bold daring birdie!! 

Puttu and Idiappam

@ a roadside food vendor @ Thrissur Kerala, my home town.

The one being made in the bamboo rolled with coir thread is called "puttu", its made of steaming rice flour and coconut. the one in the big vessel is "Idi Appam / Nool Appam" which is not visible though..
